Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained (freeze for extra thickness)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt, Greek or regular
  • ½ cup 1% milk
  • ½ tsp. coconut extract

Directions

Using either a standard or immersion blender, place all ingredients in a blender pitcher. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serves 2.
