Tropical Tango Smoothie | Serving size: 2
• ¾ cup of frozen pineapple
• ¾ cup of frozen mango
• ½ frozen banana
• ¼ cup of spinach
• 1 ½ cups of milk
• ¼ cup of vanilla yogurt, Greek or regular


1. Using a standard blender or an immersion blender, place all ingredients into the blender and blend everything together until smooth.  

2. Pour smoothies into glasses and enjoy! 


• To change the consistency for desired thickness, you may add more yogurt for a thicker smoothie or add more milk to thin out the consistency.
